Eyelid Surgery & Blepharoplasty Cost
Please note that all prices listed here are approximate and subject to change. An exact price will be provided at the time of your consultation. Operating room fees vary by facility. These fees represent cosmetic surgery only and do not apply to insurance based surgeries which are usually fully covered.
Upper blepharoplasty (in office): $3500
Upper blepharoplasty (in operating room): $3500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $750
Note: The vast majority of patients having upper eyelid surgery have surgery in the office with local anesthetic only. Patients tend to be very comfortable with this procedure without intravenous sedation.
Lower blepharoplasty (in operating room): $4500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $750
Note: Dr. Kapadia recommends that most patients having lower eyelid surgery have surgery in the operating room with general anesthesia. Patients are much more comfortable this way.
Upper and lower blepharoplasty (in operating room): $6500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $1600
From now until the end of 2017, we are discounting all cosmetic surgeries by $500 for patients seen in the Wellesley and Boston offices only. To qualify for this offer, a consultation must be completed by the end of the year and surgery must take place within the following 6 months.
