These photos show a woman in her mid 40’s before and 18 months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. 0.5cc of filler was used during the post op period to help blend the eyelid-cheek junction. As always, the goal is a more refreshed, less tired look without looking fake or unnatural.
