These photos show a man in his late 40s before and 2.5 months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. No fillers were used in this case. Prior to surgery, the upper eyelid hooding and lower eyelid bags gave him a tired, aged look. Notice how he looks younger and more refreshed after surgery, but looks completely natural.
