These photos show a man in his mid-50s before and 2.5 months after upper blepharoplasty surgery. Prior to surgery, the excess skin on his upper eyelids gave him a sad, tired look. After surgery he looks more youthful and less tired without looking overdone or fake. Notice how much happier he looks even though his facial expression is the same.
