These photos show a woman in her 50s before and after lower blepharoplasty surgery and lower eyelid fillers. In the after photos, she is 5 months after surgery and 1 month after filler injections. The excess fatty tissue in the lower eyelids was removed during surgery. Fillers were then used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction to optimize the results. After surgery she looks more youthful and less tired without looking surgical or overdone.
