These photos show a woman in her early 40s before and five months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. A half vial of filler was used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction during the postop period. After surgery she has a more youthful, less tired look. The surgery highlights the natural beauty of her eyes without looking fake or unnatural.
