Project Description

These photos show a man in his mid-50s before and five months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. Two vials of filler were also added to his mid face during the postop period. After surgery he looks younger and more refreshed, without looking fake or overcorrected. Eyelid surgery in men is very different than in women. Overcorrection, especially in the upper eyelids, can feminize a face. The goal for this patient was a more youthful refreshed look while maintaining his masculinity.
