These photos show a woman in her mid 50s before and four months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. Fillers were used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction and add volume due to a 20 pound weight loss between these photos.⠀ ⠀ After surgery she looks younger and less tired without looking fake or overdone. My philosophy is that it’s essential to maintain a natural look with every surgery. If you want to look pulled tight to the max I am not a good fit as a surgeon.⠀
