These photos show a woman in her mid-50s before and four months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. One vial of filler was used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction during the postop period. As you can see, she maintains a very natural appearance after surgery. She still looks like herself – just younger and better rested.
