These photos show a woman in her early 60s before and nine months after lower blepharoplasty and lower eyelid CO2 laser resurfacing . No fillers were used in this case. As always – the goal is a younger, more refreshed look without looking fake or unnatural. Even though surgery was only performed on her lower eyelids, there is a subtle improvement in her upper eyelids due to fat redistribution after surgery.
