These photos show a woman in her mid 20s before and seven months after lower blepharoplasty surgery. One vial of filler was used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction during the post op period. Under eye bags can be a genetic trait and are not always related to aging. I treat many patients in their 20s with this type of problem. There is no real reason to wait until middle age if the under eye bags are bothering you.
