These photos show a woman in her early 30s before and six months after lower blepharoplasty surgery. One vial of filler was used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction during the postop period. Under eye bags often run in families and lead to a tired look, even when patients are fully rested. Removing the under eye bags leads to a more refreshed, less-tired look. As always, the goal is to maintain a natural appearance.
