These photos show a woman in her early-40s before and six months after lower blepharoplasty surgery. 1.5cc of filler was used during the postop period to help blend the eyelid-cheek junction. Under eye bags give patients and aged, tired look. Notice how much younger and more refreshed she looks after surgery while maintaining a natural appearance.
