These photos show a woman in her mid 50’s before and six months after lower blepharoplasty surgery. 1.5cc of filler was used during the postop period to blend the eyelid-cheek junction. Prior to surgery, her prominent under eye bas gave her an aged, tired appearance. Notice how she looks younger, less tired and more attractive once the eye bags are removed. She looks totally natural and does not look fake or over-corrected.
