These photos show a man in his late 30’s before and six months after lower blepharoplasty surgery. 0.5cc of filler was used during the postop period to help blend the eyelid-cheek junction. Blepharoplasty is a great option for men as well as women. Prior to surgery, this patient’s under eye bags gave him a tired look. After surgery he looks more vibrant and refreshed without looking fake or unnatural.
