These photos show a woman in her mid 50s before and after lower blepharoplasty surgery. One vial of filler was used to help blend the eyelid-cheek junction during the postop period.⠀ ⠀⠀ Before surgery, there is puffiness under her eyes which gives her a tired, aged look. After removing the under eye bags she looks refreshed and more youthful without looking overdone or surgical. ⠀⠀
