These photos show a woman in her mid-50s before and six months after lower blepharoplasty surgery and upper eyelid nasal fat pad sculpting. 0.5cc of filler was used to blend the eye-check junction. After surgery, she has a more refreshed, less tired look, without looking fake or unnatural.
