These photos show a woman in her early-40s before and six months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. No fillers were used in this case. After surgery, she has a more youthful, refreshed look without looking fake or unnatural. Her eyelids now highlight her beautiful blue eyes. The asymmetry in her upper eyelids is also improved.
