These photos show a woman in her late 40s before and after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. One vial of filler was used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction six weeks after surgery. ⠀ ⠀ Prior to surgery, there is asymmetric hooding of her upper eyelids as well as puffiness in her lower eyelids. After surgery, she looks more youthful and less tired but still looks like herself. Improving the symmetry of her upper eyelids also makes her face look more balanced.⠀
