These photos show a woman in her late 40s before and 6 months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. Two vials of filler were used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction during the postop period. As you can see, this patient had a dramatic transformation. Prior to surgery, she had severe under eye bags and sagging upper eyelid skin, which gave her a tired, aged look. After surgery, she looks younger and less tired without looking fake or unnatural.
