Project Description
These photos show a woman in her mid 50s before and six months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. She looks younger and less tired after surgery without looking overdone or unnatural. These photos are a great example of how beautiful a face can look with significant asymmetry. Her right eyebrow is much lower than the left. This amount of brow asymmetry is very difficult to correct surgically, so we decided to leave the brows alone and focus on the eyelids. Everyone’s face has some natural asymmetry and it’s not necessary or even possible to make everyone perfectly symmetric.
