Project Description

These photos show a woman in her mid 50s before and after lower blepharoplasty surgery.⠀ ⠀ Prior to surgery, her under eye puffiness gave her a tired look. After surgery, she looks refreshed and less tired without looking overdone or unnatural.⠀Different people have different goals from their surgery. This patient was very happy with her results. If she wanted  a more full look with less shadowing under her eyes, we could have accomplished this by adding a small amount of filler after surgery.
