These photos show a woman in her late 30s before and six weeks after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. Prior to surgery, she had hooding of her upper eyelids and puffiness in her lower eyelids which had been getting worse since her teens. After surgery, she looks younger and more refreshed without looking overdone or surgical. Not everyone wants this much of a change at this age. The amount of correction can be adjusted to a patient’s wishes.
