These photos show a woman in her early 40s before and after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. Before surgery she has hooding of her upper eyelids and excess fatty tissue in her lower eyelids which give her a tired, sad appearance. After surgery she looks more youthful and less tired without looking overdone or unnatural. She is only six weeks after surgery and then there is still some swelling and redness around her eyes which will improve with time.
