These photos show a woman in her early 50s before and after upper blepharoplasty surgery. She also had a Botox brow lift as well as lower eyelid and cheek fillers.⠀ ⠀ Prior to surgery, the patient had upper eyelid hooding resulting in an aged, tired look. After surgery, she looks younger and less tired, but still looks like herself and doesn’t look overdone. ⠀ ⠀ This patient has beautiful blue eyes, but the upper eyelid hooding made her eyes less noticeable on her face. After removing the extra skin, the eyes appear more open, returning the beauty to her eyes that was lost with age. When the upper and lower eyelids frame her eyes properly, the eyes are now the focal point of her face again.⠀ ⠀ Patient quote: A friend said to me “ did you do something?
