These photos show a woman in her 30s before and after lower blepharoplasty surgery and lower eyelid filler injections. Before surgery she has prominent eyelid bags which bothered her the most when she smiled . Excess fat was removed from the lower eyelids and then filler injections were used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction 6 weeks after surgery. The result is a smooth transition from the lower eyelid to the cheek. She looks more refreshed without looking different or overdone.
