These photos show a man in his early 50s before and three months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. One vial of filler was used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction during the postop period. After surgery, he looks younger and less tired without looking fake or unnatural. He still looks like himself and doesnt look “surgical”. Eyelid surgery in men can be very different than in women. Its important to see a surgeon who understands these differences and avoid feminizing the eyes.
