These photos show a woman in her late 40s before and three months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. No fillers were used in this case. As always, the goal is a natural, refreshed and more youthful look. In addition to looking younger and less tired after surgery, notice how she looks happier even though her facial expression is the same. It looks like she has a bigger smile even though her smile is the same in the two photos. This is a great example of how eyelid surgery can transform the entire face.
