These photos show a woman in her 40s before and after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. One vial of filler was used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction around six weeks after the procedure. After surgery, she looks younger and less tired. Her eyelids now highlight her beautiful blue-green eyes. Note how much happier she looks even though her facial expression is similar. These photos replace a previous post of this patient at an earlier stage of healing.
