These photos show a woman in her late 50s before and three months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. No fillers were used in this case. Flash photos were used for comparison purposes as the photos were taken in different ambient lighting conditions. After surgery, she has a more youthful, refreshed look without looking fake or “surgical”. Notice how much happier she looks even though her facial expression is very similar.
