These photos show a woman in her early 50s before and three months after upper blepharoplasty surgery. Her main issue was severe hooding of her left upper eyelid. After surgery, she has a more balanced, bright-eyed look. Upper eyelid hooding can often make people look sad. Notice how she looks happier in the after photo even though her facial expression is the same.
