These photos show a woman in her mid 30s before and three months after upper blepharoplasty surgery. After surgery she has a brighter-eyed, more awake look without looking fake or overdone. The asymmetry between her eyes is also improved. Most patients don’t have perfect symmetry before or after surgery. The goal is to get them close.
