These photos show a patient in her late 30s who underwent upper blepharoplasty surgery. She also had filler injections into her lower eyelids and upper cheeks to help with volume loss and hollowing. These photos really help showcase the power of upper blepharoplasty surgery. Look at how much better her eyes look when the excess skin on the outer upper eyelids is removed. The change in appearance of her upper eyelids is subtle, but leads to a dramatic improvement in her overall appearance, helping her look more youthful and less tired. The filler injections help “round” her face and add youthful volume as well as smoothing the eyelid-cheek junction.
