These photos show a woman in her mid 20s before and after filler injections to her lower eyelids, chin and lips.⠀ ⠀ Notice the subtle changes to each of these areas. The main concern for this patient was the shadowing under her eyes. Two vials of filler were used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction and reduce the appearance of dark shadows under her eyes.⠀ ⠀ Another vial of filler was used to help create a more “V” shaped, feminine chin profile. Another half vial of filler was also used to add subtle volume to her lips.⠀ ⠀ Multiple subtle tweaks were used to help this patient look her best without looking fake or overdone.⠀
