These photos show a woman in her late 30s before and after lower eyelid surgery.⠀ ⠀ Before surgery, there is puffiness under her eyes which gives her a tired look. Removing the under eye bags helps her look refreshed and less tired. There is still a mild amount of swelling under her eyes which will improve over the next two months.⠀
