These photos show a woman in her early 40s before and two months after lower blepharoplasty surgery. No fillers were used in this case. Removing her under eye bags gives her a more youthful less tired look, while maintaining a natural appearance. Many Asian patients with similar anatomy come to me after trying lower eyelid fillers elsewhere. Significant under eye bags are usually best treated with surgery, especially in Asian patients. Asian faces can look distorted and unnatural when filler is added into the midface area to try to camouflage lower eyelid puffiness.
