These photos show a woman in her mid 20s before and two months after lower blepharoplasty surgery. No fillers were used in this case. She also had eyebrows and lash work done elsewhere during the postop period. Prior to surgery, her under eye bags gave her a tired look. After surgery she has a more attractive, refreshed look without looking different or fake.
