These photos show a woman in her mid-50s before and two months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. Prior to surgery, she had excess skin in her upper eyelids and excess fat in her lower eyelids, which gave her an aged, tired look. After surgery, she looks younger and more refreshed without looking fake or unnatural.
