These photos show a woman in her mid-30s before and two months after upper blepharoplasty surgery.⠀This is an example of a subtle tweak. ⠀ Prior to surgery, she felt that her upper eyelids were sagging and that the extra skin made it hard for her to wear eye makeup. After surgery, her eyes are more open and she has a nice platform to wear makeup. Note that she doesn’t look hollowed out or overcorrected. It’s a subtle change, but exactly what this patient was looking for.⠀
