Cosmetic Consultation Pricing

Boston Eyelid Surgery offers in-person and virtual cosmetic consultations to help determine the best treatment plan for your aesthetic goals. In-person consultations are available at our Wellesley office. Virtual consultations are only recommended for patients traveling more than three hours by car who are unable to come in person. A limited amount of information can be obtained without an in person visit, so in person consultations are recommended if possible.

Boston Eyelid Surgery is committed to providing transparent pricing for the most common eyelid surgery procedures performed at our Wellesley office. Prices can sometimes vary based on the complexity of the surgery performed and if surgery needs to be done in a hospital setting.

An initial consultation needs to be completed by 11/31/25 and surgery scheduled within the next six months to qualify for current pricing. See updated pricing below for patients with consultations starting 12/1/25.

Our Botox and filler treatments are designed to enhance facial aesthetics while maintaining natural movement and expression. Pricing varies by provider and treatment area.

  High risk treatment areas may require ultrasound imaging to guide filler placement. If ultrasound is performed, add +$300

Note: Dr. Kapadia is not accepting new Botox or filler patients.

Filler dissolve pricing

Boston Eyelid Surgery offers filler dissolving treatments with and without ultrasound guidance. Pricing varies by provider and whether the treatment is combined with surgery. Additional charges apply if ultrasound is required.
