Eyelid Surgery & Blepharoplasty Costs

Unlike many other plastic surgeons, Dr. Kapadia is committed to price transparency and posts prices of the most common surgeries he performs.

Please note that all prices listed here are approximate and subject to change. These fees represent cosmetic surgery only and do not apply to insurance based surgeries which often have copays and/or deductibles. Prices are for the Wellesley office. Prices for the Boston office are similar. An exact price will be provided at the time of your consultation.

Upper blepharoplasty

Upper blepharoplasty (in office, local anesthesia only): $5000

Upper blepharoplasty (in operating room): $6200 (includes operating room and anesthesia fees)

Lower blepharoplasty

Transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty: $6500 (including operating room and anesthesia charges)

If skin pinch/canthopexy needed add additional $4000.

Most patients under age 60 and many patients over this age do not need skin pinch/canthopexy. This will be discussed at the time of your consultation if needed.

Upper and lower blepharoplasty

Upper blepharoplasty and transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty: $10,000 (including operating room and anesthesia fees).

If skin pinch/canthopexy needed add additional $4000
