These photos show a woman in her mid 60s before and after lower blepharoplasty surgery with skin pinch and canthopexy. Before surgery there were severe under eye bags which made her look tired and aged. During surgery, excess fat and skin were removed and the eyelid tightened. After surgery she has a younger more refreshed look. When under eye bags start out this severe, the results of surgery are often quite dramatic.
