These photos show a woman in her early 60s before and after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. One vial of filler was used after surgery to blend the eyelid-cheek junction. Prior to surgery, the patient had hooding of her upper eyelids as well as under eye bags. Addressing these issues gives her a younger, more refreshed appearance without looking fake or unnatural.
