These photos show a woman in her mid-50s before and four months after upper blepharoplasty surgery. There is some foundation type makeup in the after photo, but I think you can still see the difference in her eyes. Excess upper eyelid skin can give patients a tired, sad appearance. After surgery she looks younger and more refreshed without looking fake or unnatural.
