These photos show a woman in her early-60s before and nine months after lower blepharoplasty surgery. Three vials of filler were added to the midface to treat volume loss in this area and 0.5cc of filler was added to the under eye area to blend the eyelid-cheek junction. As you can see, removal of her under eye bags and treating her volume loss leads to a younger, less tired look. Notice how she still looks like herself and doesnt look fake or unnatural. You may notice some changes in her upper eyelids, even though no surgery was performed there. Removal of large lower eyelid bags can lead to subtle changes in the upper eyelids as the fat behind the eyes redistributes after some of it is removed.
