These photos show a man in his mid-70s before and after lower blepharoplasty surgery. Photos with a camera flash are shown to minimize some differences in lighting.⠀ ⠀ After surgery he looks more refreshed and less tired without looking overdone or fake. ⠀ ⠀ Note that his eyebrows are more relaxed in the after photos, which causes his upper eyelids to look more hooded. It’s sometimes difficult to get before and after photos to match perfectly.⠀
