These photos show a woman in her 70s before and after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. There is still a significant amount of swelling, but you can already see her new look showing through. It often takes 3-4 months after surgery for all the swelling to go away to see the final result, so she will continue to improve with time. After surgery she has a more youthful, less tired look without looking fake or overdone.
