These photos show a woman in her late 20s before and three months after Asian blepharoplasty surgery. Prior to surgery, no eyelid crease was present, causing the skin of the upper eyelid to sit on the eyelash line. After lid crease formation and removal of a tiny amount of skin, her eyes appear larger giving her a more youthful, less tired appearance.
