These photos show a woman in her late 20s before and three months after lower blepharoplasty surgery. 0.5cc of filler was used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction during the postop period. This patient was bothered by under eye puffiness, which was inherited and present since childhood. After surgery, she has a smooth transition from her lower eyelid to the cheek and has a more refreshed, less tired look.
