These photos show a woman in her late 30s before and three months after upper blepharoplasty surgery. She has lash extensions in the after photo but I think you can still see the difference the surgery made for her. Removing the hooded skin from her upper eyelids open her eyes and gives her a more youthful, vibrant more look without looking fake or unnatural.
